Hot legs!

No, it's not what you think!

I took out some chicken legs to thaw this morning, and later this afternoon, Tom asked me what I was planning to do with them. I had some teriyaki sauce in the pantry, and I was just going to grill them and baste the heck outta them with the teriyaki. Well, Tom thought I should baste them with Frank's Hot Sauce. This is what we would normally use for hot wings.






So I did! I seared them for a few minutes on each side, moved them off the direct heat of the flame, and quadruple basted those bad boys until they were done.

They were gooooood. Lips-on-fire goooooood.
